Notice: Until May 31, 2020, WIC participants may get milk of any available fat content if the milk listed on the WIC coupon is not available.

It is recommended:

-For participants prescribed whole milk, participants should select the highest fat milk available.

- For participants prescribed fat free or 1% milk, participants should select the lowest fat milk available.

Coupons are distributed by the month. Food packages are chosen specifically for each client based on their individual assessed need. Not everyone will get the same package. The photo below shows sample food packages.
